Home Manager Required for Large Nursing Home – High Wycombe – Buckinghamshire

£40,000 – £45,000
Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking for a highly experienced Home Manager for a well-established elderly nursing home in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire .  This home provides Nursing & Dementia Care for frail elderly.  The home is a large nursing home and is part of a very successful and well-funded charity.  This home has a good reputation in the area and needs a proactive manager to continue this success.

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager.  They are looking for someone who is highly motivated with extensive experience in care Home Management experience, offering services to clients who have dementia challenging behaviour and the Elderly frail.

We are looking for a home manager who has the following skills and experiences:-

• A very strong & proven home management background
• Must have experience in managing nursing homes
• Must have completed their Registered Managers Award / NVQ Level 4 or the equivalent
• Must have excellent experience in budget management, auditing, marketing and all round excellent business skills
• Ideally we are looking for a Home Manager who is a Registered Nurse ideally although this is not essential

The home is a large nursing home so ideally due to the size of the home we are looking for someone with an extensive CV and lots of nursing home management experience.
The home is situated in High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire.

The home is for elderly frail and Dementia residents.

Salary is circa £40,000 – £45000 + an achievable bonus scheme and after probation a Pension and Healthcare scheme are available.
