Home Manager Job South Shields

Green Care Management are currently looking to recruit x2 Home Managers – RGN, for the South Shields area. These homes both cater for nursing and residential, as well as specialising in providing expert nursing care and quality dementia care.

As Home Manager you will have responsibility for the day to day running of the care home. Your key duties will revolve around providing high standards and quality of care, recruitment and training, budgeting to ensure the home remains profitable, liaising with external agencies and residents families, and marketing the home within the local community to ensure that occupancy levels remain as high as possible.

Ideal candidates will a nursing qualification as well as your NVQ 4 in Care. You will be commercial, as well as having a proven managerial and marketing skills. Sound clinical skills and good knowledge of the Essential Standard of Quality and safety is essential.
