Home Manager Job Lincoln

Green Care Management are currently looking to recruit a Home Manager – RGN for the Lincolnshire area. This is to run a care home offering dementia, residential nursing care to adults, as well as to younger clients with physical disabilities.

As Home Manager, you will have to manage a team of 70 staff, as well as have responsibility for the day to day running of the care home. Your key duties will revolve around providing high standards and quality of care, recruitment and training, budgeting to ensure the home remains profitable, liaising with external agencies and residents families, and marketing the home within the local community to ensure that occupancy levels remain as high as possible.

Ideal applicants must be a 1st level RGN, with previous management experience or a Deputy Manager who is looking for a step up, but has deputised for a large care home in the past. Must have a proven track managerial record, be passion about dementia and end of life care. Sound clinical skills and good knowledge of the Essential Standard of Quality and safety is essential.
