Locum G.P needed every Wednesday between 9.00am and 12.00pm at a prison in the North East.

This prison has a fantastic healthcare team who make it their priority to look after new locums and support them in what can be seen as a complex and constantly changing environment. This prison offers modern facilities and uses SystemOne software for all patient records.

You will be prescribing for Substance Misuse Clinics so knowledge of Secure Medicine is essential. The RCGP Part 1 Substance Misuse would be useful although not essential for this role if you can demonstrate previous experience.

In the interest of the patients it is also possible to offer on-going sessions to doctors that enjoy their time at the prison.

I am able to pay my locums who work at this prison up to £75.00 per hour plus mileage at £0.40 per mile.
