Domiciliary Care Registered Manager Job in Crewe, Cheshire

£25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Part of a small home care group, our client specialises in providing domiciliary care services to elderly residents in their own home and requires an experienced Domiciliary Care Registered Manager for their Crewe branch to develop and increase on business.

As the Registered Care Manager you will be working closely with a team of co-ordinators, spending a significant part of your time recruiting and increasing the amount of care hours, however you will also be effective at the operational side as well – ensuring that the right care is provided to the right people, as well as being hands on in terms of care plans and care reviews.

The successful applicant for this Domiciliary Care Registered Manager job post will have very high standards and good ethics in relation to care. Furthermore they will be strict in relation to following procedures and care guidelines. With a background in domiciliary care, it would also be highly advantageous if the person has a working knowledge of continuity care, mental health issues or nursing. As an absolute minimum you will need a RMA and NVQ level 4 in care (or equivalent).

The Responsibilities include;

- Development and Growth of the branch

- Recruitment

- Implementation of policies and procedures

- Assessments and reviews

It is essential that applicants;

- Are qualified to LMC/NVQ 4/RMA level,

- Have previous experience of management within the Care Industry

- Experience of managing finances

- Working knowledge of CQC

Successful applicants are likely to have previously worked in one of the following positions; Domiciliary Care Manager, Care Manager, Branch Manager (care), Home care Manager, Supported Living Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager or District Manager.

Candidates must live local, commuters from: Sandbach, Crewe, Middlewick, Winsford, Nantwich, Balterley Heath, Rope, Coppenhall Moss and surrounding areas.
