Position:   Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Worcester
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000/annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client who is opening a new branch in Worcester. The office is based in  central Worcester and will be covering surrounding areas. You will have strong management skills and be competent at setting up a new branch. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who thrives on a challenge.

Job Duties Of The Domiciliary Care Manager:
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Development and Supervision of staff
• Health and Safety
• Business development
• Liaising with outside agencies
• Disciplinary
• CQC and policies and procedures been followed

Skills/Requirements for Domiciliary Care Manager Job Worcester:
• Hold RMA or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience working in a Domiciliary care setting
• Strong Manager with excellent interpersonal communication skills
