Domiciliary Care Manager

Location – Herefordshire, Worcester and Kidderminster

Salary – £25,000 – £35,000

** Previous Domiciliary Care Management Experience Essential **

Compass Associates are looking to appoint an experienced Domiciliary Manager to join an excellent team in Hereford, Worcester and Kidderminster. Ideally you will hold NVQ 4 or the RMA, although candidates who have substantial domiciliary care management experience will be considered.

The job role will involve day to day management of the branch including preparing care plans, conducting risk assessments, recruiting and training staff.

The client is looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and hands on manager to lead the branch forward.
