Domiciliary Care Manager Job Taunton

Position: Domiciliary Care Manager
Location: Taunton
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000/annum

Overview of  Domiciliary Care Manager role:

Our client is looking for a Registered Care Manager to manage the day to day operations of all care services within their Branch. You will also be managing 12 care coordinators and over 200 care staff. You will also hold a key role in the growth and development of the business to increase its weekly hours.
Domiciliary Care Manager Job Duties:
    •  Management of the office staff and care workers
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Development and training
• Health and Safety and Quality Assurance
• Recruitment and training of care staff
• Supervision and appraisals
• Service Calls
• Business Development and liaise with care professionals

Skills/Requirements of the Domiciliary Care Manager:
• Car Driver with own transport
• Hold RMA or equivalent qualification
•  Experience working in a Domiciliary setting as a manager
• Strong Manager with excellent interpersonal communication skills
