Domiciliary Care Manager Job Leicester Homecare Manager Domiciliary Home Care Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 Job Location: Leicester We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Home Care Manager to join a small domiciliary care company based in central Leicester. The Company: A well established and highly respected domiciliary care provider with a small group of branches located through the Leicester region. All their services have been rated good or above with CQC and they have recently won an award for the standard of care they provide. The Domiciliary Care Manager Job Role: They are looking for an experienced manager to lead their small team of experienced and well trained individuals. The main objective is to ensure that client relations are maintained and that the care staff are continually providing outstanding care. There are many duties that are incorporated into the position of Home Care Manager including: • Responsible for all staff – to plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of all staff • Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and met • Write reports and maintain all monitoring systems • Ensure all staff receive supervision and appraisals • Ensure training needs of all staff are met effectively – implement induction programmes and identify and provide for on-going training needs • Actively participate in the growth and development of the business • Maintain administrative systems • Recruit, select and effectively supervise staff team • Maintain effective assessment and review procedures • Liaise with other agencies involved with the service user to ensure the provision of integrated services The Person: You will hold an RMA / LMCS or equivalent with along with strong managerial experience working within the care sector. We will not accept applicants who have no experience working within domiciliary care. This Domiciliary Care Manager position may be suitable for candidates with experience working within the following positions: regional manager, area manager, zone manager, care manager, home care manager, care supervisor, registered manager, senior manager, home care manager, operations manager, community care manager, branch manager or domiciliary manager.
