Domiciliary Care Manager Job Cardiff

Care Manager needed for a Domiciliary Care Manager based in Cardiff, South Wales.

As the care manager you will be you will be working for an agency that provides a large number of hours care to Cardiff City Council.

The most important competency for the successful person is a business focused outlook and knowledge and understanding of management systems and processes including reporting, key performance indicators, business planning, auditing and policies and procedures design and implementation.

The salary paid will be negotiable depending on experience but will not exceed 26k per annum, This is a full time position working flexibly as required but mainly core business hours. On call provision as part of a rota system will be required on a regular basis and this is included in the salary.
