Job Location: Bradford

Salary: £negotiable

Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 in Care or above, Registered Managers Award.

Domiciliary Care Manager Job Role;
New home care branch based in the Bradford area this company are looking for a qualified home care manager to help set up and manage the home care branch. Your role will be to recruit all staff bring on new clients build on existing services and to manage fantastic relationships with clients and ensuring high quality care to service users out in the community providing care to adult service users.

You must have previous experience of managing a domiciliary home care service and have a proven track record of running a repeatable service with a good CQC rating also you must have a relevant care qualifications such as NVQ level 4 in Care.

The Company;
Well established care provider based in the North Regions, this company currently provide care to elderly service users and also mental health clients providing residential and home care services.
They will be offering bonus structures and also normal packages such as holiday’s sick pay and training.
