Care Coordinator– Domiciliary Care Agency

Job Location : Brentwood, Essex

Salary £17,000– £18,000

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Care

We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator for a domiciliary care agency.

Working on a full time basis

The successful candidate will be working as Care Coordinator

To make sure that all customer care packages are covered.

To manage day to day changes in care packages.

Provide an emergency on-call service

Experience with organizing Rota or rostering or carers and support workers.

Experience ideally working with computer program

“staffplan” or similar.

Essential

Experience of service provision in the care profession, ideally domiciliary community Homecare.

Clean driving licence and permanent use of a legal and reliable car.

Experience of customer focused communication, environment ( the house) assessment or relevant risk assessment qualification / H&S assessment qualification or ability to attain such qualifications
