Dialysis Clinical Nurse Manager Birmingham

30,000-£40,000 (dependant on experience)

We’re looking for Clinical Managers with solid post-registration experience, which includes significant exposure to nephrology – preferably haemodialysis at Sister/Charge Nurse level. With outstanding administrative, organisational and clinical skills, you will champion best practice in patient management and ensure that Clinic staff are recruited, supported and appraised appropriately.

Registration & Immigration

You must be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin. A formal Renal Nursing qualification is essential. Ideally, you will also be working towards a Degree and have experience of managing others, counselling patients and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.
