Deputy Nursing Home Manager Job Worcester

Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager/ RGN qualified for a privately owned Nursing/ Residential Home.

The successful applicant will be working in a medium sized home in the Worcestershire area.

The split hours for this role will be 30 Hours Nursing and 12 Hours administrative work and will be working predominantly days on a rota basis and may include some weekend work and night shift work to cover shortfalls and sickness with Nursing staff at times.

Skills and experience required:

* RGN or RMN qualified
* Valid and Current NMC Pin
* Experience at Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse level
* Understanding of finance & budget management
* Good Communication skills
* Good knowledge of Nursing/ Residential settings
* Ability to commit to combined Nursing and Deputy Manager role
