RGN Deputy Manager Required for small nursing home in Swansea

Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an RGN Deputy Home Manager for a small elderly frail nursing home in Swansea.   Our client are looking for a nurse who has previous experience of working in a nursing home and is passionate about nursing home care.

The client is a small nursing home where care standards are paramount and the clinical standards in the home are key.   They are looking for a deputy manager to support the home manager and help develop the home across the board with clinical care.

The home has an excellent reputation and runs at full capacity.   The home would make a perfect first role for a candidate who is looking for their first deputy home management post.   As the client are a small home they are looking to pay circa £12.00 per hour but can offer 4 long days per week making your salary £27,456.
