Do you have what it takes to assist in the management of a medium sized nursing home that caters for elderly service users with dementia?

This lovely home based near Shoreham By Sea in West Sussex is owned by a leading care organisation which offers the highest standards in care.

There is a strong team in place who pride themselves on ensuring that the current service users are nursed, and cared for with the upmost dignity and respect.

To be part of this team you will also need the same high standards of care delivery along with the following criteria:
RGN and experience with Dementia
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
