RGN Deputy Home Manager Required for Large Nursing Home in Carterton, Oxfordshire – £31,500

Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking to recruit for a RGN Deputy Home Manager to work in a lovely nursing home in Carterton, Oxfordshire. The home we are recruiting for is part of a large organisation who have an excellent reputation in the field of care and nursing homes.

The home in Carterton, Oxfordshire is a large nursing home which caters for elderly residential EMI patients and elderly frail general nursing residents. The home is looking to recruit a general nurse deputy home manager to help the home manager with the day to day running of the home.

We are looking for a deputy home manager who has the following skills and experiences:-

• 1st Level Registered General Nurse
• Must have previous supervisory and management experience
• Must have worked in a nursing home and have knowledge of the environment
• Must have experience in safeguarding, compliance & health & social care knowledge
• Must be able to display excellent supervisory skills

We are looking for an experienced General Nurse / Deputy Manager to join this home in Carterton, Oxfordshire to run the home with the home manager.

Our client are looking to offer a very competitive salary of £31,500 and the opportunity to work for an excellent organisation.
