RGN Deputy Manager Required for Large Nursing Home, Bedford, Bedfordshire – £36,750

Eclypse Recruitment is currently looking for a highly experienced RGN Deputy Home Manager for a large nursing home based in Bedford in Bedfordshire. The client is a very prestigious and well respected client who put care standards and quality of life at the top of their agenda. The client own numerous nursing and residential care homes throughout the UK.
We are looking for a Nurse Deputy Home Manager in Bedford who can come in and work alongside the home manager to help run the home on a day to day basis. As the deputy manager you will be responsible for audits, staff rotas, paperwork, staff management, assessments and the general running of the home alongside the home manager. This is a deputy management role which holds a lot of responsibility which is reflected in the salary.
We are looking for a nurse deputy manager who has the following skills, experiences and qualifications:-
• Must be a Registered General Nurse (1st or 2nd level)
• You must be a highly experienced deputy home manager or home manager looking for a new challenge
• Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has obtained their NVQ Level or equivalent qualification
• Must be a confident manager of staff nurses and HCA and have strong management skills
• Must be confident enough to run the home in the absence of the home manager
We are looking for a committed and dedicated nurse deputy home manager to work in the really beautiful and modern purpose built nursing home in Bedford, Bedfordshire.
Salary for this role is VERY competitive with a basic salary of £36,750
The role is mainly supernumerary but will involve one nurse shift per week on the floor.
