This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a Deputy Home Manager role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfilment.

RGN/RMN qualification advantageous however not essential.
Commitment and good track record.
A minimum of 2 years experience within a care home.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CSCI standards and a full valid work permit.

More about you:
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
