Deputy Manager (RGN) – Reading

Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager who is RGN qualified to assist in the management of a medium-large sized Nursing Home for Dementia clients in the Reading area.
As a Deputy Manager your duties will include:
• Delivering a high standard of care to all residents
• Assisting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home
• Ensure the all staff members are working to CQC standards
• Recruitment, assessment and supervision of the clinical staff team
• Induction of new staff members
As a Deputy Manager you will need to have:
• Registered General Nursing qualification and be currently registered with the NMC
• A strong passion to deliver excellent standards of care
• Have previous experience at Deputy Manager level within a similar client group
