Deputy Manager

Our client is a provider of care services in the UK currently searching for a Deputy Manager for their 48 bedded care home in the Worcestershire area. The health, comfort and safety of their residents is at the heart of everything they do and they are looking for the right person who shares their ideals to join their esteemed healthcare team. Someone who is a strong leader and who is committed to providing the best care possible.

The ideal candidate will be an RGN with a valid NMC pin number who has previous experience at a senior level in a care home setting. The successful candidate should be able to evidence implementation and delivery of person centred care plans and have good time management skills. You must also be computer literate and have good IT skills.

The Deputy Manager will assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the care home and should have a good understanding of the operations within the care home environment.
