We are currently working with a large care home company that are looking for an RMN/RGN deputy manager to manage a 35-40 bedded care home.

We are looking for someone that is flexible, motivated and has the ability to act independently, but also work well within a team. Experience caring for the elderly is essential.

The position is with a well-known care home group that offer great benefits regarding career progression and salary. You will be reporting to the home manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing other nurses and care assistants and will be in charge of the home in the absence of the home manager.
