In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of an award winning care organisation to recruit a motivated Deputy Manager to join a fantastic team within a small nursing home based in Norwich.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly staff team and will support the Home Manager with the day to day management of the home. Working as part of a team, the role will include Auditing, Medication Management and ensuring residents receive the highest level of care at all times.

For this position, we are searching for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about high standards of care and is motivated to develop their skills further. Experience working as a Senior Nurse / Unit Manager or Deputy Manager within a Nursing Home will be highly advantageous.

This is a full time, permanent position.
