Deputy Care Home Manager Job Workington
Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Home Manager to work in a medium sized residential home in the Workington area of Cumbria.

As Deputy Care Home Manager your role will be to support the Home Manager and senior team in all aspects of the homes management. You will assist in the management, development and evaluation of all aspects of the service provision in the home. You will ensure that all care is delivered within the policies and guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures and codes of practice are adhered to. You will also take complete charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager. The Deputy Manager will also directly manage and supervise the care and ancillary staff enabling them to maximise their potential through leadership and guidance.

The successful Deputy Manager will hold their NVQ Level 3 and previous experience working within a similar role as either Deputy Manager or Team Leader within an elderly care setting. You will be able to demonstrate your previous supervisory experience and be eager to progress.
