Deputy Care Home Manager Job Stratford upon Avon

Green Care Management are currently recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to work within a medium sized residential care home for Older People in the Stratford upon Avon area.

As a Deputy Manager you will assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home ensuring a high quality of care is provided to all service users.

The ideal candidate will need to hold  a NVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent, have a understanding of Older People and their needs, have supervisory experience and be able to lead a team.

£26,000 – £27,000 per annum is available along with excellent training and career development.
