Community Care/Support Worker Jobs Buckinghamshire, North West London

Westminster Homecare are looking for individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in social care. You must be able to work alone or as part of a double up team, providing homecare and/or personal care service to the elderly, or those with a physical or learning disability. Experience is desirable, being a car driver with the use of a vehicle is essential. You must be flexible with your time to meet the needs of our service users and their packages of care, our working rota are shifts between 06.00 and 22.00. Full training including induction will be given to the right applicant; following completion of 6 months probationary period you will be offered a place on the Health & Social Care Diploma level 2/3. Wages will be discussed at interview.
