In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established care organisation to recruit a motivated Clinical Lead (RGN) to join their friendly staff team based in Louth.

This large Nursing Home in Lincolnshire, provides high quality nursing and residential care to older people with varying needs and requirements.

For this service, we are looking to recruit an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) who has current experience working within a supervisory position (Unit or Deputy Manager) to take on the role of Clinical Lead. This exciting and varied role will include leading and supporting the staff team, identifying areas of improvement / training and ensuring the home is compliant and in-line with current care legislation and standards.

This is a full time, permanent position covering 33 hours per week. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive hourly rate of £14ph
