£15.00per hour

In Touch Recruitment are keen to hear from experienced Senior RGN – Registered General Nurses who are looking for new opportunities in the Cheshire area. Currently working with an established nursing home provider we are looking to recruit a Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead to work within a prestigious Nursing Home in Stockport, Cheshire.

The Nursing Home provides nursing care to frail elderly resident on a full time, respite and convalescent basis within a modern purpose built facility where residents are treated with respect and dignity.

As Senior Nurse you will be responsible for

Overseeing a team of nursing staff ensuring quality care is delivered at all times.
Ensuring resident’s health and wellbeing is being closely monitored
Supervising a staff team to ensure quality care is being delivered at all times
Highlighting training needs and acting upon this to ensure training is delivered as and when required.
Ensuring high standards are consistently met and regulatory compliance is upheld.

As a Senior Nurse you will report to the Home Manager, working with them to ensure the smooth running of the service.

The successful candidate will have

Strong interpersonal and good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• 1st Level Nurse – RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN.
• A minimum of 5 years post registration experience is desired in this role as is proven staff Management and supervisory experience.
• A solid clinical background and experience of working within Elderly Care and in particular Palliative Nursing.

The role is paying a very competitive salary of up to £15.00per hour and will be working full time hours, working shifts covering full time days.
