Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager Job – £28,000 – £30,000 – Aberbargoed

Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager for a medium sized nursing home in Aberbargoed, Mid-Glamorgan. The home is a EMI Nursing Home catering for elderly residents with Dementia & Alzheimers. The home has a Home Manager in place who is doing great things at the home and they manager is now looking for someone who can join the team to strengthen the management team.

They home is part of a small but fast expanding organisation which is developing and where you can speak to the Directors direct and really make an impact. It is an exciting and developing time for the company and if you are someone who wants to go into the company and make an impression, this is the company to do that in.

The client is someone who is looking for someone who has a good understanding of EMI and someone with the following skills and qualifications:-

• Registered General Nurse OR Registered Mental Health Nurse
• Previous experience with EMI
• An experienced nursing background & ideally some experience in supervising other members of staff
• A sound clinical knowledge who can lead by example and push the standards for clinical excellence in our nursing home in Aberbargoed, Mid Glamorgan
