Clinical Lead Nurse Dementia Care Job Chelmsford, Essex.

Just Medical Recruitment are currently seeking a experienced RMN Staff Nurse who is looking to prgress or an experienced clinical lead nurse for our clients private nursing home based in Chelmsford, Essex. The home is part of a large group of homes that have a very good reputation and looks after 140 elderly frail and dementia service users. There are realistic opportunities to take on further training and for career development within this well established group of homes.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead Nurse Dementia Care Job will:

- Be a 1st level registered mental health nurse (RMN)

- Have a valid NMC PIN number

- Ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience within a nursing home environment and more specifically providing care to services users that have dementia

- Ideally have dementia care certificates and good track record of working with dementia service users

- Ideally have a training certificate

- Have the ability to lead a team by example, produce accurate care plans, training junior members of staff
