UK Healthcare Professionals are currently recruiting a Clinical Lead for a mid-sized nursing home based in Cambridgeshire.

The Clinical Lead Job Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professionally minded senior nurse to act as the clinical lead for this care centre, duties will include:

• Assisting the Home Manager in all aspects of day to day management
• Provide appraisals and partake in personal development/training for staff members
• Write care plans for residents drawing on your clinical knowledge and expertise.
• Implement procedures based on best practice and CQC guidelines.
• Act as a clinical lead for junior staff members, advising on best practice within the home

This company is a leading independent healthcare provider who operates over 400 care homes/centers nationally; they employ over 21000 people and are considered one of the UK’s leading healthcare employers.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be a qualified RGN with some experience in a similar role, excellent clinical skills and up to date knowledge of CQC regulations are imperative for this position.

Additional Info:

This post is offered full time at 36 hours per week, to be worked over 7 days. An excellent remuneration package is on offer to the right candidate.
