General Scope of the Post

The  Care Worker will work within  a team of carers ensuring that they attend to the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents, within the guidelines set out in the home’s Statement of Purpose. The Care Worker will follow the guidance and instructions of the Care Supervisor and the Manager.

The Care Worker is responsible for ensuring that the home’s philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment are maintained within the policy of managed risk taking
