Based: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Up to £30,000 basic + benefits

The Care Manager Job Role;
Working closely with the directors, you will spend a significant part of your time tendering for business and increasing the amount of care hours, however you will also be effective at the operational side as well – ensuring that the right care is provided to the right people, as well as being hands on, creating care plans and care reviews.
* The recruitment and training of staff
* Ensuring that care standards are met
* Business Development
* Management of the staff
*Adhere to CQC requirements

The Company;
A fast growing family business who specializes in providing live in care, and respite care services to elderly people. They now require a Care Manager for the mobile role covering the Salisbury, Wiltshire areas

The Person;
The successful Care Manager Job applicant will have very high standards and good ethics in relation to care. Furthermore they will be strict in relation to following procedures and care guidelines. The successful Care Manager Job candidate will be confident, have excellent communication skills and a passion to drive new business. You will also need either the NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum, NVQ 4 or RMA desirable, a clean driving license is also essential
