Job Location: North Lincolnshire

Salary: £35000 – £40000

Qualifications: RMA Level 4 in health and social Care or Qualified RGN

One of the largest care service providers within the UK are looking for a new manager for one of their homes based in North Lincolnshire area.

Care Manager Job Role;
Managing a 30 bedded elderly care home managing all care staff and ensuring complete smooth running of the residential unit.

You will have an excellent proven background in managing residential homes and knowledge of CQC legislations and managing at a high standard.

You must hold a Care qualifications wither Registered Managers Award or Nursing Qualification.

Paying salary of £35000 plus performance bonus structure
