This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care manager to join the team at a well presented, spacious care home located in Cardiff, South Glamorgan.

As Care Manager your role will be to lead the nursing and care team within the home to provide a high quality care service to the residents. Together with the management team your role will involve the strategic planning for the service, including financial management, staffing and marketing of the home, as well as liaising with the service users and their families.

This Care Manager position would suit a dedicated care professional who has completed a Leadership & Management in Care qualification (or equivalent) and has experience in managing a service for vulnerable adults with dementia. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to drive continuous improvement to ensure the home delivers the highest possible level of care to the residents.

On offer for the right candidate is a salary in the region of £35000 with additional benefits including private healthcare, pension and performance related bonus.
