Registered Manager Required for Medium Sized Care Home in London - £40,000 + Package

Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Care Home Manager for a Job in a residential care home London.  The client is a charity who own a nursing home which is situated North of London in-between Islington and Barnet.  The home is looking for a new home manager who can keep the home running well.

The home caters for elderly residents who are very active, able and independent and we are keen to find a manager who can manager a home where the residents really do play an active part in the day to day contributions to the home.    The charity caters for over 65’s who want to live an active life but don’t want to live alone.  Some residents in the home do need care, however, the majority and very independent.

The home is currently going through the Gold Standards Framework and we are looking for a manager who can see the home through the accreditation.   We are looking for a home manager who has the following skills and qualifications:-

• Proven elderly home management experience
• NVQ Level in Management or RMA or an equivalent award
• A passion for elderly care and promoting independence with the residents
• A sound understanding of national minimum care standards, CQC and relevant legislation

We are looking for a home manager to join ASAP and the client are looking to pay £40,000 + benefits.

The home is part of a great charity who promote independence in their residents.   We are looking for a registered manager for this lovely home in London who can really make a difference!!
