£30,000 per annum

In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of an independent care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for their Residential Home in the Huyton area of  Liverpool.

The Home provides care and support to elderly residents with Mental Health problems such as dementia and Alzheimer’s in homely environment.   Close to local amenities the home has excellent transport links to area throughout Merseyside.

The Home has recently undergone a number of problems and therefore my client is looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable Manager who can take on the challenge of turning the service around and making substantial improvements to lift an embargo and increase quality within the service.

The Home which is part of a small group benefits from close knit Management team therefore any Manager to join the service will be well supported.

All applicants will have an in depth understanding of the CQC and how to implement and maintain national care standards with a commitment to improving standards and achieving high standards.

The successful candidate will have proven Care Management experience working at Management level within an Elderly Residential Service.  As you will be managing an EMI setting, Elderly Mental Health experience is essential.

All applicants must hold an RMA Registered Managers Award and an NVQ level 4 in Care.

The role is paying up to £30,000 per annum + Benefits
