Could you be the next Manager to oversee the smooth running of this 2 star graded historic home which has been expertly converted into a modern care facility?

This is a fantastic opportunity, based near Hereford, for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business as there is scope for the right person to achieve both significant personal development and achieve a real sense of professional and personal fulfillment.

The role is full time (40 hours per week) and the salary is £30k per annum

To apply for this Care Home Manager Job position you will need:
RMA/LMC/NVQ4
Experience of managing a Nursing Home which caters for elderly people who suffer with Dementia.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Must have previous experience in the role
Must be able to complete satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Must be authorised to work in the EEC.
Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must be able to provide 2 employment references
Must reside near the vacancy location or be prepared to relocate
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Good understanding and practice of the CQC code of conduct
