Care Home Manager Job in Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland

An opportunity has arisen for a Care Home Manager Job seeker looking for a new challenge in the Berwick area of Northumberland.

The post is also open to experienced Deputy Managers who feel that they are ready to continue their professional development.

Applicants should ideally have home management experience, or have held a senior post with a care home setting to be confident of taking on the daily responsibilities required to run a successful service.  It is important that candidates have a good knowledge of person centred care planning  and have the desire to create a safe and welcoming environment to live and work.

You will also need to have successfully led teams to be able to recruit and supervise staff at the home.

NVQ4 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
