Salary: £18,000- £20,000
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 Care, Driver
Job Location: Walton On Thames, Woking, Kingston upon thames, Hounslow, Staines,
Epsom, Virginia Water, Surrey

Domiciliary Care provider who provide care to elderly service users in their own homes.
They provide care for 70 service users.

You will be responsible for the implementation of the field based quality control systems and the effective management and running of your specific area.
You will carryout the following:
Assessments on clients
Introductory visits to clients
Attend client reviews
Provide in field training to staff
Monitor carers in the field
Ensure clients are receiving correct care and at the correct standard
All clients documentation is complete and accurate
The rest of your remaining working week will be spent in the office in order to complete all your necessary administrative duties including staff rotas.
Ideally experience with staff plan but not essential.
Computer literate.

A driver is required

A care background in domiciliary, home care, residential ,nursing or supported living is essential as well as experience managing staff rotas and shifts.
