Care Coordinator Job Norwich

Position: Care Coordinator/ Senior Carer

Location: Norwich

Salary: £16000 to £17000 per Annum depending on experience

Due to my clients hours increasing and area expanding they are looking to take on an experienced Care Coordinator to make sure all care packages are covered and to manage any day to day issues with their area.

Main responsibilities:

• Assigning Care Workers to clients
• Accepting  allocating and processing new care packages
• Working with the team to make sure the highest quality of care is being provided
• Talking with clients to make sure all their needs are being met
• Preparing reports, care plans and risk assessments
• Covering any calls when necessary due to sickness, holidays etc.
• Taking part in On Call rota

The ideal candidate will have the following  skills:

• Striving for excellence
• Administration experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of the care profession
