Care coordinator Job Milton Keynes

I am looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to work in our busy Milton Keynes office where we run a contract providing care in the community. You will have experience coordinating or have an NVQ3 in care and be looking for your next career move, the position will be 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and will include on call.
