Salary: £18,000 – £20,500

An exciting and challenging opportunity for a Care Coordinator has presented itself within this expanding domiciliary care provider who is focused towards high quality service user care.

They seek an additional Domiciliary Care Coordinator to meet the increasing needs of their Banbury branch.

Domiciliary Care Coordinator Job Role Requirements

The successful applicant will have at least 6 months experience of working as a care coordinator for a domiciliary care provider within the private / public sector or Social Services.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and reviewing care plans, undertaking service user assessments, performing spot checks and liaising with third parties such as NHS Trusts, Social Services and Authorities.

Local knowledge is always a plus and you’ll most certainly be passionate about care and delivering a high quality service to the service users.

A knowledge of CQC is needed as well as a strong ability to work well within a team and as an individual.

Care Coordinator Key Responsibilities

·        Ensure delivery of a high standard of customer care

·        Carry out service user assessment visits and reviews

·        Create and review service user care plans

·        Scheduling of care hours

·        Recruitment of carers

·        Administration

Suitable candidates must have:

·        Full UK Driving license.

·        Own transportation

·        At least 6 months experience as a Domiciliary Care Coordinator

·        An NVQ 3 is desirable but not essential.
