Salary: £25,000- £28,000
Job Location:(Brentwood,Epping,Harlow,Chipping Ongar, Enfield,Hoddesdon,Essex)

We are currently looking for a Branch Care Manager due to expansion.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of a brand new domiciliary care office in Brentwood ,Essex.
You will be looking after a service for the provision of a variety of service users in their own homes.

SUMMARY OF POST :
Responsible for the efficient running of the business and managing the admin team and the care workers as well as dealing with customers and care workers

Branch Care Manager Job Description

Responsibility for the legal and ethical running of the day-to-day business.
Achievement of sales targets and delivery within budgets.
To work within agreed budgets to ensure profitability of business.
Ultimate responsibility for all staff.
To ensure successful operation of quality control systems.
Implementation of complaints procedure.
Preparation of Management Reports for bank and directors use.
To participate in the growth and development of the business, locally and regionally through various marketing exercises.
Preparation of all invoices.
Preparing information for payroll.
To partake in on call as is necessary either on a rota basis or ad hoc to ensure adequate cover.

Branch Care Manager Job Specification

Essential
Management experience of service provision in the care profession. Minimum standard of ‘working towards’ NVQ level 4 in care and the Registered Manager’s Award ,LMCS or equivalent.
Circumstances
Must not have criminal convictions.
Must have full driving licence.
Must be acceptable as a Registered Manager to the regulatory body
Must have (or be working towards) a management qualification
Must have a Criminal Record check

You will have Management experience of service provision in the care profession and a minimum standard of NVQ level 4 in care and ‘working towards’ the Registered Manager’s Award. Office based role provisionally with travel to service users when required.
