Assisted Living Coordinator Job Bournemouth

Assisted Living Coordinator – 30k to 35k per annum plus bens

Our client is an internationally renowned care provider, which has prided it self on delivering an exceptional & bespoke care packages to all of its service users. They use a variety of methods to provide their seniors, which will include surroundings, people, services and care.

An opportunity has arisen for an Assisted Living Coordinator, to work out of their busy offices, which are based in and around the Bournemouth and Beaconsfield areas.

The Assisted Living Co-ordinators within each community will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of either the Assisted Living or Reminiscence Neighbourhood.

This will include Plans, organises, develops and directs the overall operation of the Neighbourhood in accordance with CQC regulations and Sunrise standards and guidelines, Assists in the leadership and promotion of the clients Health and Safety Programs and Risk Management policies, Understanding and managing the department budget to include labour and other expenses and its impact on the Community’s profitability.

Successfully candidates will need to be an RGN, and have experience of working within a similar care environment, individuals will also need to have access to transport and hold a valid driving licence.
