All Tracscare staff receive regular training and some attend external training day release courses. tracscare encourages promotion from within, subject to ability. Many of our Care Home Managers commenced with Tracscare as Support Workers, through our unique ‘fastrac‘ training and development programme.

Tracscare provides a range of internal training programmes including the LDAF framework; extensive induction; understanding the clients perspective; clinical induction and more.

Tracscare also provide external training with NVQ’s, First Aid and Food Hygiene.

One special feature of our training for all employees is ‘Studio III’ training, provided at induction, which outlines tracscare positive, low arousal approach to managing challenging needs.
