As a leading live in care jobs agency, Active Assistance philosophy is to enable our physically disabled clients to live independently at home by providing a fully trained live-in carer to support them in their own home as a full time domiciliary care job. That’s why we refer our care staff as Personal Care Assistants (PAs) and not simply care workers because your role is to work under the direction of the client.

Please note that you must be 21 years or older and hold a full driving licence to work for Active Assistance. This is because you may be required to drive the clients car.
