Types of Care Jobs at Careworx

The level of care jobs you can apply for will depend on qualifications and experience.  Office based roles begin as Care Coordinator Jobs which offer work based training. Executive Care Jobs for Managers

Care Manager Jobs are typically roles for people who have gained sufficient industry experience.  There are many types of care management positions.  This can depend on the setting and employer.  Each position will be unique with varying levels of responsibility.

In Deputy Care Manager Jobs and Deputy Care Home Manager Jobs you will learn the business end of the care industry.  Compliance, reporting, budgets, marketing.  Plus greater levels of responsibility with staffing matters.  You will either have, or be working towards, an NVQ3 in Care.

To obtain Care Manager Jobs or Registered Manager Jobs you will need to complete a care management qualification.  This could be an NVQ4 or RMA/LMC.  With this knowledge and experience gained you will be ready for Domiciliary Care Manager Jobs or Home Manager Jobs.  Particularly Care Home Manager Jobs which do not involve nursing.
